FOLKPINE / BUSINESS GUIDE

What can a website do for your business?

A website brings your business information, work and contact options into one place. With useful content and a distribution plan, it can support enquiries, applications or sales. Assess its contribution against a real business goal.

1. Useful information, credibility and a clear enquiry path

A business website presents your services, products, work and contact details in an organised way. For an institution, it can also make announcements, documents and application information easier to find. Visitors can look up essential information without waiting for a message reply each time.

Information being available outside office hours is separate from providing live support around the clock. Ordering, bookings and applications depend on the agreed project scope and the systems installed.

  • Service business: service details → work examples → enquiry.
  • Shop: product information → basket → payment.
  • Institution: announcement or document → application requirements → relevant team.

2. Connect social media and your website

Point Instagram and Facebook profile links towards the relevant service or product page. Keep the offer and visual presentation consistent across campaigns, posts and stories so visitors can find the information they expected.

Meta also offers on-platform forms and messaging routes. If you choose a website journey, your page can bring detailed information and the next step together.

4. Meta Ads: connect visual content to an enquiry journey

Prepare images and videos showing your products, services or work for Instagram and Facebook. Give each ad one main action, such as viewing a product, requesting a quote or booking an appointment.

Test content variations with a controlled budget and assess the quality of the response. Impressions, clicks and sales are separate outcomes, each affected by budget, competition and your offer.

5. Measure clicks and genuine enquiries separately

UTM parameters help distinguish a campaign’s source, channel and name. Google Analytics and advertising accounts can be assessed together with the right account access and consent-aware setup.

Define an enquiry conversion around a form submission accepted by the server, and track button clicks separately. Check inbox delivery of email notifications as a separate step.

6. Search visibility: useful content on sound foundations

Use clear headings, readable mobile pages, helpful descriptions and real project examples. Crawlable pages, consistent canonical URLs and a sitemap help search engines understand the site. Separate URLs for Turkish and English make both versions easier to discover.

Verify site ownership in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools before submitting the sitemap. Yahoo also directs submissions through Bing Webmaster Tools. Neither indexing nor first place is guaranteed; search visibility needs ongoing review and improvement.

7. What do we plan together at Folkpine?

Direct email contact, a written scope, TR/EN content and an editor for agreed content fields are part of our approach. You can try the editor example on the homepage.

Website delivery, ad spend, campaign management and measurement setup are scoped as separate work. We agree the goal and deliverables first, then plan a sequence that fits your budget.

Let’s define the right journey for your business.

Tell us about your service, audience and the response you want. We can scope the pages and integrations around that goal.
